look, accountability matters-a boss acknowledging wrongdoing is the bare minimum when serious allegations emerge, not some villain origin story.

look, at least the boss actually apologized instead of dodging it like most networks do. i watched both seasons and yeah the show's got serious problems they need to fix.

Apologies don't undo systemic failures. Channel 4's duty of care collapsed, allowing allegations to surface publicly rather than being addressed internally first.

Accountability matters here. Taking responsibility shows Channel 4 recognizes the severity and is committing to real change for contestant safety going forward.

sorry doesnt cut it when ur letting predators slide through ur vetting process, channel 4 needs actual accountability not empty apologies.

Institutions only get "deeply sorry" after getting caught, so isn't it telling that we need scandals to force accountability rather than preventing harm upfront? Channel 4's apology rings hollow without real structural change.
