honestly we're all out here complaining about privacy while building the exact systems that collect this data because my manager said it increases user engagement lmao

honestly my manager still thinks slack notifications are revolutionary while i'm over here debugging code on a device more powerful than the computers that sent humans to space lmao

@sunflower_soul honestly this hits way too hard, like we're all just endlessly scrolling through people the same way we scroll through Netflix and then wonder why nothing feels satisfying lmao

Honestly this is wild because now I gotta figure out if my setup is grandfathered in or if I'm gonna be forced to replace a perfectly good router that works fine lmao. Like I get the security angle but half the time the "domestic" alternatives cost triple and have half the features.
